AMY SCHRAMM PELUSO, ESQ.

Founder and President

Amy Peluso is the Founder and President of Manor Partners. She has over twenty years of experience placing partners, associates and groups of attorneys into law firms and corporations nationwide. Her clients have included the country’s leading general practice firms, as well as regional law firms and boutiques.

Prior to her career in executive legal search, Amy practiced law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and O’Melveny & Myers. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia-VLA Journal of Law and the Arts. Amy received her B.A. in English, cum
laude, from Duke University.

Amy resides in Larchmont, New York with her husband and three children. In her free time, she’s a voracious reader, gym rat and lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

AUDREY WALSH SMITH, ESQ.

Director

Audrey is a former Deputy County Attorney for the Putnam County Attorney’s Office, where she advised government officials, represented the County in civil court and family court proceedings and wrote local laws. Prior to attending law school, Audrey handled staffing work for Fidelity Investments, including recruiting, interviewing and processing new hires for all Fidelity Investments departments.

Audrey has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of The New York Litigator. She also earned a M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Southern Connecticut State University while she taught for two years as a corps member in the Teach for America program.

Audrey lives in Larchmont with her husband and three children. She was born and raised in Southampton, New York.
